Later, by order of the Medici, the palace became a monastery, called
San Miniato al Ceppo. Today it has been restored to its original splendor,

rooms are apartment style and all have a fitted kitchen area, a lounge,
bathroom with shower, direct dial telephone, air conditioning and television.
The rooms contain large armchairs and tables. The floors are ceramic tiled
"Cotta" style. Both the rooms and bathrooms are in good condition.
This hotel is an excellent property in an ideal location. In addition
there is a roof terrace and a quiet spacious courtyard/garden area where
guests can relax in a peaceful and serene environment.
